The British Institute for Brain Injured Children (Bibic) is asking nurseries, families, toddler groups and businesses to sign up to the event which is taking place all around the country on Wednesday, July 9.
Organisers from the charity want this to become an annual fundraiser so they can work to beat the record for the most teddy bears' picnics in one place, which currently stands at 33,573 at Dublin Zoo in 1995.
Bibic hopes each teddy lover will make a donation of £1 to help support the children's charity.
To register call 01458 253344 or email Carla@bibic.org.uk before the end of May to receive a free fundraising pack containing 'bear' accessories.
