A car dealership could be converted into 23 apartments.
An application was submitted on Friday, April 11, to change the General Motors Europe building in Bath Road into accommodation.
The plans propose to convert the ground and first floor into six, one bedroom and 17, two bedroom apartments.
The designs also make provisions for 40 parking spaces as well as an area to store 23 bicycles.
There are no plans to change the outside of the building.
A decision is due to be determined by Friday, June 6.
