Police have appealed for witnesses following an assault in Maidenhead.
At about 2.20am on Saturday, March 29, three men chased a 27-year-old man from King Street into York Road.
One of the attackers punched him to the ground where he was attacked by the other two men.
The victim managed to run away but was then kicked in his upper body by one man and kneed to his face and head by the same man, which caused him to fall to the floor unconscious.
While he was there another of the men kicked and stamped on him before all three ran away.
PC Steve Parker from Maidenhead Local Area CID said: “A number of cars drove past the incident while it was taking place.
"One driver identified himself, but I would like to speak to any others and would appeal to them to come forward.”
