A Maidenhead hotel could be demolished and replaced with retirement homes.
Developer McCarthy & Stone has revealed plans to build 61 flats on the site of the 72-room Walton Cottage Hotel in Marlow Road, which is still in business.
The site has also been designed with 34 parking space.
The plans will be displayed at a public consultation due to be held on Tuesday at St Luke's Community Hall in St Luke's Road between 3.30-7pm.
A series of individuals meetings with the hotel's neighbours have already been held.
A McCarthy & Stone spokesman said: “Our project team will be at the forthcoming exhibition to answer questions and listen to feedback on what we’ve done so far.
"The comments we receive will help us tailor our proposals into something people will want to see, enjoy and call home."
The owner of Walton Cottage Hotel was unavailable for comment.
