Several roads will be shut on Good Friday for the Easter Ten road race.
The race, on Friday, April 18, is organised by Maidenhead Athletic Club.
Between 8.30am and 12.30pm on race day some roads will be shut.
Butchers Lane will be shut from its junction with Waltham Road northwards to the railway bridge.
Bottle Lane will close between the railway bridge and the A4.
Both Westacott Way and Cherry Garden Lane will be shut between the A4 and the railway.
Sri Lankan runner Anuradha Cooray is returning this year to defend the title he won last year, whilst the UK's Phil Wicks will also be back pounding the streets of White Waltham and Maidenhead Office Park.
Phil currently holds the course record of 48 minutes and 31 seconds.
Online entries remain open at www.maidenheadac.co.uk until Tuesday, April 15.
Paramedics were called to the scene of a medical emergency in Maidenhead on Monday morning (June 27).
All lines are currently blocked between Reading and London Paddington stations due to a person being hit by a train.
