Five people had to be rescued after their Land Rover became trapped in a ford at Hawthown Hill.
Firefighters were called to the site between Pendrys Lane and Westley Mill at 1.50am this morning and found the five stranded on the roof after the vehicle became stuck in the water.
An infltable boat had to be used to ferry them to safety.
