A driver remains in a 'serious but stable' condition in hospital following a crash on the A308 Marlow Road on Friday.
The man, who is described as being middle-aged but has not been named, was injured when the Peugeot 106 he was driving veered off the road and hit a tree near the Bisham Roundabout at about 3pm.
Firefighters from Maidenhead and Marlow cut the unconscious man, who had head injuries, out of the car and he was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford by ambulance.
A spokesman for the South Central Ambulance Service described his injuries as 'life-threatening'.
