Emergency services were called after a car left the northbound carriageway of the A404 near the Bisham Roundabout.
Police and fire crews attended the white BMW M3 which had gone down the embankment at the edge of the road.
The car was not visible from the road and traffic was reduced to single file.
Police were called at 2.06pm this afternoon and there were no reports of delays.
A fire crew from Marlow and one from High Wycombe attended.
The male driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, was not injured.
Paramedics were called to the scene of a medical emergency in Maidenhead on Monday morning (June 27).
