A husband and wife were taken to hospital following an accident in Maidenhead this morning.
The couple's Peugeot careered off Drift Road and into a ditch at about 10.30am, leaving them both trapped.
The man managed to escape from the vehicle but firefighters from Maidenhead and Bracknell were required to cut off the roof to free the woman.
She was thought to have suffered spinal injuries and was taken to hospital, along with her husband, to be assessed.
