Firefighters were called to a farm property in Fifield last night after controlled burning got out of hand.
Crews from Maidenhead and Windsor arrived at Forest Green Road at about 5pm, when they adjudged the burning of waste material to have become dangerous.
Rubble was being burnt on a number of sites on the farm and firefighters moved to extingish the flames before they could spread to nearby farm buildings.
