The Royal Borough has apologised for releasing an incorrect date for a consultation regarding parking restrictions in Larchfield Road, Maidenhead.
This is following concerns over road and pedestrian safety.
Larchfield Road resident and mother-of-three Caroline Hatfield says the situation is 'getting ridiculous' due to commuters and shoppers parking in Larchfield Road instead of in town as well as school traffic.
The council originally stated that a consultation would end on Monday, December 6.
In fact a consultation is yet to begin and will take place in the new year.
