A huge Christmas cake in the shape of Stafferton Lodge Toby Carvery is on display in the restaurant in Braywick Road.
Aleiu Mybe, a chef at the Toby Carvery, spent three days making and decorating the cake, which contains 24 eggs and weighs between three and four kilos.
"I love the building," said Mr Mybe. "I was so happy to make it."
The cake shows the building covered in snow and staff at the restaurant plan to eat the fruit cake on New Year's Day.
There is a donation pot next to the cake collecting money for Alzheimers Dementia Support.
