The 9th Maidenhead Brownie Group all received personal replies from Kensington Palace after they sent off their designs for Prince George's christening gown.
The group, who meet in the scout hut at Altwood School, were presented with the letters by one of the leaders Sally Worman on Tuesday evening during a special visit to All Saints Church.
The girls, aged between seven and 10, spent the evening making their own Christingle oranges and playing find the angel at the venue in Church Close.
"The letters were a complete surprise to them," said Sally.
"They knew I had sent off their designs but they didn't know the palace had written back.
"They were all over the moon."
