Coffee giant Starbucks is opening a store in Maidenhead.
It will be in the Nicholsons Centre and operate from the empty Café Franco unit.
Centre manager Jane Wright said she was delighted with the news and is waiting on an opening date.
The centre has also welcomed two more 'pop-up' shops for the Christmas period.
From the Kiln is selling hand-crafted ceramics made by artists from the area.
Goods include Christmas tree decorations, fruit bowls, table lights and bird baths.
The Craft Coop has opened a second shop for the festive season. It will be selling jewellery and accessories.
Both stores will be open from 10am-5pm Wednesday to Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays.
