Spooky posters have been on display across Sainsbury's in Providence Place.
The creepy artwork was the winning entry from a Halloween poster competition run by the store and Courthouse Junior School.
The winner was eight-year-old Alfie Windsor with his menacing drawing of Frankenstein's creature.
Alfie, who would like to be a rugby player or zoo keeper when he is older, captioned the poster with the pun 'Witch costume will you wear?'.
"I came home and told mum 'I have got to finish it'," said Alfie, who spent two evenings perfecting his competition entry.
His prize was a £10 voucher to spend in the store.
