Packed planning agenda includes industrial units and tip proposals

The construction of new units at the Cordwallis Industrial Estate is among the plans due to be discussed at a Maidenhead planning meeting tonight

Proposals to build seven commercial units in two blocks following the demolition of existing units in Martin Road and Clivemont Road have been recommended for approval by planning officers, subject to conditions.

In a packed agenda, plans to restore Downfield Tip in Waltham St Lawrence and an application to demolish Payton House in Gorse Road, Cookham Rise, and replace it with 16 homes are also due to be discussed.

The meeting is due to take place at Maidenhead Town Hall.
