A group of detached two-storey houses could be built on Harvest Hill Road under plans submitted to the Royal Borough.
Outlines proposals have been submitted to demolish Oakland and Donne Mede, near the junction with Orchard Close, and build six detached houses.
A planning statement from agents JCPC Ltd, acting on behalf of applicant Mr J Hewes, states the development 'would respect and reflect the character and pattern of development in the area'.
Consultations have opened until November 14 and a decision is expected by December 11.
