French visitors took part in four days of walking with members of the Royal Borough Twin Town Ramblers.
The group 'Pied de Saint Cloud' had travelled from Maidenhead's twin town of the same name just outside Paris to ramble across the south.
The itinerary included walks in the area, such as Cookham Moor, Virginia Water Lake and Valley Gardens.
They also took part in a coach trip to Bristol, a walk through Epping Forest and stopped at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford.
The group enjoyed a dinner at the Guildhall in Windsor on October 6 to mark the 20th anniversary from when the group was first founded.
Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead, Cllr Andrew Jenner, chairman of the twinning committee Vivien Williams and founder Adrienne Sheldon were among the guests.
