Two PCSOs have been commended for their investigation into racist criminal damage at the mosque in Holmanleaze.
PCSOs Matthew Wingrove and Graham Knight received certificates of commendation from Chief Constable Sara Thornton at Drayton Park Golf Club on Thursday, October 10.
The pair, based in Maidenhead, carried out an investigation into a series of racist attacks in June and May, which included racist graffiti and bacon being posted through the letterbox of the mosque.
Their work led to the arrest and charge of two men in relation to the incidents, who are currently going through the court system.
