Changes could be afoot to proposals to convert the former Seven Stars pub in Knowl Hill into houses under plans submitted to the Royal Borough.
Applicant John Irish, of the Edwards Irish Partnership LLP, has applied for a variation on the conditions for existing plans to turn the coach house, barn and public house at the site, in Bath Road, Knowl Hill, into three four-bed homes.
The existing permission is the same planning and listed building consent for all three buildings, but a decision has since been made to sell each building off individually.
The changes proposed are to pre-commencement conditions, meaning construction could take place on one building without relying on changes to the other two.
A decision is expected in November.
