A trial is due to take place in January for two men from Laggan Road charged with fraud offences in Maidenhead.
Iftikhar Choudry, 44, and Nuzhat Choudry, 44, will face trial at Reading Crown Court on January 27 after pleading not guilty to four joint charges at the same court on Wednesday, September 4.
They each face one count of dishonestly failing to disclose information to make a gain or cause or expose others to loss, and three counts of fraud by false representation.
The men have been granted conditional bail.
