Thames Valley top cop Sara Thornton is due to answer questions from councillors on Thursday.
The force's chief constable will be at Maidenhead Town Hall for the council's crime and disorder overview and scrutiny meeting.
She is set to answer a variety of questions including how Thames Valley Police aims to reduce the level of fraud in the area.
The chief constable will also outline its priorities and provide updates on crime in the borough to members of the panel.
The meeting will start at 6pm at the St Ives Road venue.
