Broadcaster and journalist John Sergeant will be presenting the awards at a ceremony on November 21.
It will include the award for Green Progress of the Year, sponsored by Colnbrook-based company Grundon Waste Management.
Other awards include Management Team of the Year, Charity of the Year, and Thames Valley Business of the Year.
Awards chairman David Murray said: "Every year we are overwhelmed by the quality, innovation and fabulous stories in the entries we receive and, with the economy gaining in confidence, we expect a very hard-fought contest in 2013."
The closing date for the awards, which take place at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre at the Madejski Stadium, Reading, is September 27.
