It is all in a name for a young pupil at Furze Platt Junior School in Maidenhead.
Tanisha Bhogal came up with the name Brunel Gardens for a new Barratt Homes development in Furze Platt after the house building group turned to the school's students for help.
The children were encouraged to research the history of the area and Tanisha thought that the engineer of Maidenhead's sounding arch, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, would be suitable.
Tanisha's teacher, Mrs Jo Bird, said: "The class were very excited that Tanisha won and all the pupils are really eager to see how the development progresses.
"So much so, we’re looking forward to being invited on site soon to see the diggers and machines in action."
