Three men charged with manslaughter in relation to the death of a man near Boulters Lock in Maidenhead will face trial at Reading Crown Court in November.
Jake Corney, 22, of Filmer Road in Windsor, Gary Eastley, 25, of Moor Lane in Maidenhead and Dawid Lamkowski, 29, of Snowdon Avenue in Maidstone, Kent, were all charged following the death of Marcin Pastuszczak last year.
The victim died in hospital on Thursday, November 8, following an incident the previous evening and a post-mortem revealed he was killed by a 'cardiac arrest during restraint'.
The trial will begin on Monday, November 25.
