Plans to transform the historic Woolley Hall and Woolley Grange into a housing estate have been submitted to the Royal Borough.
Millgate Homes want to build 47 new homes following the demolition of existing buildings at the former offices of Scottish and Southern Energy.
The listed site, off Westacott Way, has been unoccupied since 2003.
The application includes the building of a number of two to four-bed houses and apartments.
In February, the Twyford-based developer provided an opportunity to look over its plans and provide feedback during a public exhibition.
A decision is expected to be made by October 10.
