A tradesman said car thieves don't 'realise the impact' they have on people's lives after he had his 4x4 vehicle stolen.
Father-of-two Robert Mills of Park Corner, Pinkneys Green was woken up at 5am by police on Wednesday after his Mitsubishi Shogun 4x4 was stolen from outside his house.
Keys to a £120,000 lorry he uses for his job as a forestry contractor, paperwork, and tools he used for his weekend work as a landscape gardener were inside.
He has also lost money after being forced to cancel schedule work.
The 38-year-old said: "It has had a real impact on my life," he said.
Police found the vehicle after it crashed into gates at Pinewood Nurseries in Wexham Street, Stoke Poges.
Officers have arrested a 23-year-old man and he has been bailed to appear at Maidenhead Police Station on August 20
