Celebrations are being held across the world after the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to a son yesterday.
To mark the royal occasion, we’ll be printing photographs of babies born on the same day as the new prince.
Kate Middleton gave birth to the healthy baby boy at 4.24pm in the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in London with Prince William by her side.
He weighed 8lb 6oz and will replace Prince Harry as third in line to the throne.
A notice displayed on an ornate easel in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace announced the new arrival and will be on show until later today.
Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead Cllr Andrew Jenner said: “I am delighted to learn of the safe arrival of this new member of the Royal family.”
Cllr Jenner will also be sending congratulations to Their Royal Highnesses Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on behalf of the Royal Borough.
To get a photograph of your new arrival published, email it to hollyc@baylismedia.co.uk marked ‘royal baby’.
Please include your contact details as well as the name and weight of your baby.
