Staff were cleared following a UK Border Agency raid at a Maidenhead takeaway this afternoon.
At least six officers arrived at Istanbul Grill in Queen Street, at about 3.25pm to carry out immigration checks on staff.
They found that paperwork was in order for all members of staff and no arrests were made.
