Three men have been charged with manslaughter in relation to the death of a man following a 'disturbance' near Boulters Lock in Maidenhead last year.
Marcin Pastuszczak died in hospital on Thursday, November 8, following an incident the previous evening.
A post-mortem revealed he was killed by a 'cardiac arrest during restraint'.
Jake Corney, 22, of Filmer Road in Windsor, Gary Eastley, 25, of Moor Lane in Maidenhead and Dawid Lamkowski, 29, of Snowdon Avenue in Maidstone, Kent, were all charged with one count of manslaughter today.
They were released on bail to appear at Slough Magistrates' Court on August 6.
