Questions will be put to councillors about the Royal Borough's decision to relocate Oldfield Primary School to a new site in Bray Road at a cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
Cllr Phil Bicknell, cabinet member for children's services will be asked to respond to demands by the Bray Residents Action Group (BRAG) to reconsider its plans.
BRAG members feel the situation has now changed since the decision was made to choose the Bray Road site out of three options.
They cite traffic problems, the reopening of the former Winbury School in Hibbert Road and the planned Stafferton Way bypass as reasons to why the decision needs to be re-examined.
A decision is also set to be made on whether to reinstate the Maidenhead mayoral chain and mace.
Since the borough was formed in 1974, the Maidenhead mayoral accessories were made redundant and the Windsor ones used instead.
The meeting will take place at Windsor Guildhall in High Street from 7.30pm.
