The Royal Swan Upping passed through Windsor and Maidenhead yesterday.
The boats started at Eton Bridge before heading to Boveney Lock, Boulters Lock, Cookham Bridge and ended at Marlow Lock.
About 50 seven to nine-year-olds from Eton Porney CE First School and Braywood CE First School were also invited to Oakley Court in Windsor Road to learn about the tradition.
The Upping continues until Friday.
