Police issue safety warning during summer months

Police have urged people to act responsibly while enjoying the summer months.

Deputy Local Policing Area commander for Windsor and Maidenhead, Chief Inspector Lee Townsend, warned against leaving windows open while in the garden and to be mindful of others while out having fun.

"If it is a hot summer we would like people to have a good time but people need to be a bit more aware that what they are doing might effect peoples lives," he added.
