There are delays of up to 45 minutes on the M4 this evening after an accident earlier which involved four cars.
Police were called at 4.23pm to the collision between junction 6 for A355 Slough and junction 5 for A4 Langley.
A police spokesman described the accident was a 'damage-only collison'.
There are no reported injuries. One lane was closed London-bound but all lanes have now reopened. The vehicles are on the hard shoulder.
Delays were also caused because of a car breaking down at the scene, just minutes before, because of a flat tyre.
Congestion is still back to junction 8 at Maidenhead and travel time is 45 minutes.
