A new housing estate being built on the former East Berkshire College site in Maidenhead is on track to be launched next month.
Three and four-bedroom show homes will be opening at Boyn Hill Gardens and four and five-bedroom homes will become available for people to buy.
The estate off Boyn Hill Avenue will contain a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom houses and one or two-bedroom apartments.
The first phase of these is due to be completed in the autumn.
The college closed in 2007. Planning permission for 66 homes was granted in 2011.
Demolition work began in October.
