The Green Way and North Town Moor in Maidenhead were given a spring clean on Saturday thanks to the efforts of a dedicated team of volunteers.
Volunteer police cadets joined representatives from the police and the Royal Borough to give up their mornings to bag up litter and clear vegetation.
Royal Borough community safety manager Brian Martin said a number of residents commended the team on their efforts as they collected nine large bags of rubbish from the exercise.
The work was part of a series of community clean ups taking place across the borough over the past two weeks.
