Thai food, French crepes and gourmet sausages are among the delicacies set to be offered at a street food festival in Maidenhead town centre.
The King Street event is due to be tomorrow from 9am-10pm and on Saturday from 9am-7pm and will feature live entertainment.
The market has been organised by local lady Esther Brienza who hopes the event will bring a 'town square' type bustle and vibe to Maidenhead for two days.
A highlight of the food stalls includes company Pigs & Dogs, a street food stand selling high quality pork and hot dog dishes run by former Holby City and Coronation street star Angela Griffin along with her husband Jason.
Esther is appealing for volunteers to help collect funds for the Thames Valley And Chiltern Air Ambulance (TVACAA) with the opportunity for one person to dress up as the charity's mascot Bob.
Please contact Kate Whelpdale at katie@tvacaa.org if you are interested.
