The Seven Stars in Knowl Hill, near Maidenhead, has failed to sell at auction.
The former pub site in Bath Road was split into three lots - the pub building, the coach house and the barn - which went under the hammer on Wednesday at a sale held by The Romans Group.
But none of the lots, which all have full planning permission for a four-bedroom house and range in guide price from £400,000-£470,000, were snapped up.
They are set to be auctioned again on June 26 at the Blue Mountain Conference Centre, Binfield, at 1.30pm.
