A Grade II-listed former pub near Maidenhead is set to be auctioned off on Wednesday as three separate lots.
The Seven Stars in Bath Road, Knowl Hill, has been split into three parts - the pub, the barn and the coach house - with full planning permission to convert the buildings into four-bedroom family homes.
Each part has original period features; the pub, which closed in 2012, has a cellar with space for wine storage, the barn has oak beams, and the coach house has a vaulted ceiling.
The buildings are being auctioned by The Romans Group at Blue Mountain Golf and Conference Centre in Binfield from 1.30pm.
Visit www.romans.co.uk/auctions or call 0800 093 9994 for details.
