Tests carried out on man who died after a 'disturbance' near the Boulters Lock Restaurant and Bar have shown that he died of a cardiac arrest.
Marcin Pastuscszak, originally from Poland, died at Wexham Park Hospital on Thursday, November 8.
The 34-year-old was taken there after the emergency services were called to the island off Ray Mead Road, in Maidenhead, shortly after 11pm on November 7, 2012.
A pathologist has determined the cause of death was 'cardiac arrest during restraint'.
Three men arrested on suspicion of murder are on police bail until May 14.
