There are long delays on the M4 this morning in both directions after an accident earlier on.
The accident involved multiple vehicles and happened westbound between junction 6, A355 (Slough) and junction 7, A4 (Slough West). It caused some lane closures. All lanes have been re-opened but there are long delays.
The average speed is 20mph between junction 12, A4 (Theale) and junction 5, A4 (Langley). The travel time is 75 minutes.
UPDATE: 9.30am: Police have confirmed that they were called at about 8am this morning to a five-vehicle collision in lane three between junction 6-7. No serious injuries were reported.
