An application for a late-night licence for a kebab van in the lay-by on the south side of Maidenhead Thicket has been submitted to the Royal Borough.
The applicant has requested that Mo's Kebab Van be able to trade at the site on the A4 Bath Road from 11pm-1am Monday to Thursday, 11pm-3pm Friday and Saturday and 11pm-1am on Sunday.
The deadline for representations to be submitted in objection to the licensing is Friday, April 5.
