Windsor FC will be looking for a bumper crowd on Easter Monday when they throw open the gates at Stag Meadow to everyone for their game against Guernsey.
The club did a similar thing last season when they played host to Egham and drew an impressive attendance of 806 over Christmas.
Founding director Kevin Stott is hoping for a similar number this time around as he looks to show the town what a good place Stag Meadow is to watch football.
He said: “We’re hoping we can get a big crowd but it’s almost impossible to predict these sort of things.
“Before the Egham game we were hoping for about 500 and we ended up getting 806.
“If we start thinking we’re going to get the same this time, we’ll end up with 500 so we’ll just have to wait and see.
“I would like to think though that we will get a similar sort of number. It would be great to do it against quality opposition like Guernsey.”
Stott added: “It’s an interesting model to give people free entry.
“If I could guarantee getting 800 through the gates each time I would probably do it for every game.
“Getting that sort of number in makes for a better atmosphere, the feelgood factor in the stadium is better.
“It’s always nice to see the ground getting towards full, that’s what you want to see.”
Although the game against Guernsey is free entry, Windsor will be looking to raise money on the day for their community partner, the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service.
The club, who wear the hospice’s logo on their shirts, will be asking spectators for donations towards the charity.
Stott said: “That’s very important to us. When we started this club I wanted to do things differently and the Alexander Devine Hospice is very important to us.
“We have the charity on our shirts and Monday will be a fantastic opportunity to continue to raise its profile and raise money at the same time.”
Monday's game kicks-off at 1pm, gates open at 11.30am.
