Police are appealing for information after two Age Concern charity shops fell victim to burglars within a matter of days.

A branch in Bridge Road, Maidenhead, was targeted on Sunday between 10pm and 11pm.

The offenders gained entry by forcing a door open with tools, and stole a safe.

The second burglary took place at the Farnham Common branch in The Broadway between 5.30pm on Tuesday and 9am on Wednesday.

Its safe was also stolen, and the offenders broke a security light.

Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed the break-ins or has any information about them.
