A box of After Eight mints was among the items stolen during in a spate of burglaries across Maidenhead.
Thieves forced open the front door of a home in Castle Drive between 7.05-8.25pm on Wednesday before ransacking the house.
Nothing else was taken apart from the box of mints.
A homeowner in nearby St Lukes Road was also shocked when four thieves broke into their house at about 8.25pm after forcing open the front door.
Nothing was stolen after one burglar ventured upstairs before being disturbed by the householder.
A house in Norfolk Road was also broken into after a glass panel on the back door was smashed.
A Xbox, two tablets, two laptops, cash and a backpack were stolen between 6-8.30pm on the same day.
Homes in Grenfell Road and Dean Lane in Cookham Dean were also targeted between 7pm and midnight.
Nothing was stolen.
