Proposals to construct a block of flats on the site of 12-13 Bridge Avenue in Maidenhead have been submitted to the Royal Borough.
Shanly Homes has applied for full permission to build nine two-bed apartments.
Work would also include associated landscaping, parking and manoeuvring space on the empty plot.
Consultation on the plans is due to take place until April 15.
