Specialist equipment was used to tackle a chimney fire at a property in Cliveden Mead near Boulters Lock last night.
Firefighters from Maidenhead Station spent a couple of hours extinguishing the blaze between 10pm and midnight.
Specialist chimney clearing kit, a thermal imaging camera and a ladder was used to inspect the chimney from above.
The fire at the residential property was difficult to put out because the chimney had a number of bends.
