Active pupils at Desborough College were put through their paces on Friday by 2012 Olympic Bronze medallist Hannah MacLeod.
The Team GB hockey player was visiting the school in Shoppenhangers Road, Maidenhead, as part of the 'Olympic Inspiration Programme' organised by the Ascot and Maidenhead School Sport Partnership (SSP).
Passing on some inspirational tips in a school assembly, Hannah then took part in a hockey session with the year seven students.
"Hannah was great with the boys who were very enthusiastic during the practice sessions," said Emma Fitzgerald from the SSP.
"It was a great honour to have Hannah here at Desborough."
