A 21-year-old male motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after being in collision with a car in Bridge Road in Maidenhead today.
Police and an ambulance were called to the scene at 1.57pm on the junction turning into Oldfield Road.
The victim's relative, who attended the scene, told the Advertiser: "When I saw him he was unconscious, he couldn't speak."
The driver of the vehicle was in an open top Triumph Spitfire car.
Oldfield Road was closed after the collision but has since been reopened.
