Firefighters were called to the M4 last night after a car came off the motorway and rolled down a verge.
The incident took place at 8.45pm last night between Junction 8/9 for Maidenhead and 10 for Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell.
The car, a VW Polo, rolled down the embankment before landing back on its wheels on the verge.
The female passenger escaped unscathed and was taken to hospital for precaution.
The scene was cleared at about 10pm.
